Or perhaps you simply have your own personal favourites - someone who spoke to you, either figuratively or literally.

We want to know who your inspiration is in this business, whether it's someone everybody has heard of, someone less-known who you believe deserves a shoutout, or someone who had your back behind the scenes when the going got tough.

We're trying a new format with this one: welcoming both written and video submissions with different rewards for each. You can leave just a couple of sentences of text with a nominee and why you think they're great, or go into a little more depth behind a camera.

4. Share a link to your post in the box that appears, then expand it so we can view the video on Just About.

There are five $5 rewards available for more effortful video entries - eligible submissions must be at least two minutes long. Once the deadline closes we'll pick and award the winning submissions and may use them in curated content.
