Everyone has their own reasons for getting into the thing they love doing. When it comes to content creation, it's likely you were inspired by someone who was setting the standard at the time. Or perhaps you simply have your own personal favourites - someone who spoke to you, either figuratively or literally.
We want to know who your inspiration is in this business, whether it's someone everybody has heard of, someone less-known who you believe deserves a shoutout, or someone who had your back behind the scenes when the going got tough.
We're trying a new format with this one: welcoming both written and video submissions with different rewards for each. You can leave just a couple of sentences of text with a nominee and why you think they're great, or go into a little more depth behind a camera.
