Due to the private issues I have heard and what Tiktok tracks. I have decided to not join the app. Do you guys have any alternatives? Because the only one I've been hearing is YouTube. While I do have YouTube, I personally feel like my content there wont get reached.

It's all conspiracy and nonsense. The second you enter your data anywhere on the internet, it will be shared, you will get spam emails, YouTube is one of the biggest for it, Twitch also, unless you operate with a burner phone, fake address and name, your details will be shared across companies, it's in the EULA/Agreements you sign.
Yes I know about the usage, but I honestly think TikTok takes too much information just for a video app imo. So that's why I'm trying to look for alternatives (if there are any)
Other than YouTube Shorts, Instagram (Reels) is the other directly comparable platform to TikTok I think.

I second Rupert, I've always used both Reels and TikTok. The content that does best on both differs from experience but both have good chances of organic reach. I've not personally tried YouTube shorts, so can't comment on the reach there.
Instagram reels, youtube shorts are the most direct competitors id say, also just video clips could be posted on twitter and other platforms like it. Also Twitch is starting to push clips more from live streams which is cool to see. what kind of content is it you plan on making and we may be able to help more? Also why do you thnik it wont get reach on YouTube?

I think the reason why I think I'm not getting reach is that I see gamers and all talk about how they are getting so many people to watch and they just started. While it's cool for them. I always start to feel sad and such. Because most of my YT is filled with mini video edits that you see on Tiktok (how I know its it's those type is because I see Tiktok videos that come from there that are like it).
So I dont know if it's because I'm not using the correct methods or something
worth trying them all fam, I mean like each platform and see which works best with your content, as I’ve had content blow up on TikTok and goes nowhere on reels or shorts!

Any app can perform keylogging, but only within that particular app (this is true when you install an .apk from a trusted source). So, you're safe as long as you don't try to type your secrets within the TikTok app. Additionally, you're using this platform primarily to post content, not merely as a user.
If you are concerned about someone extracting data from TikTok, don't worry too much. Any data on the web, especially if it's publicly available, is likely being crawled and collected by someone. Criminals can obtain video and metadata from Facebook, YouTube, or TikTok with similar levels of difficulty.
