For a Side Quest that is a bit hidden, one of the things you need to do is to go back to where you have found your first Seeker's Token and bring the new token you find in the same location to the quest giver. So, you need to remember where it is first. And since that bit of the quest is timed ( 7 in-game days), remembering it swiftly is the key.

I haven't got the game yet (this weekend 🤞) is this quest obvious when you get it? will I go "oh its this one" or is it easily missed?
The quest itself is rather hidden carefully but the game tells you when you are doing that bit that you need to go back to the first place.
