For a Side Quest that is a bit hidden, one of the things you need to do is to go back to where you have found your first Seeker's Token and bring the new token you find in the same location to the quest giver. So, you need to remember where it is first. And since that bit of the quest is timed ( 7 in-game days), remembering it swiftly is the key.
