since the powerplay 2 update, not once have i been able to log in and load the game, without orange sidewinder, second time works fine, if it were just a sporadic happening i'd put it down to my internet, but every time?
it's tedious to say the least, and I'm so sick of it, it's putting me off playing ED, don't know if it's the launcher, or the game itself, but FDEV should look into it.

i'm sorry, but after years of deleted tickets, the only action i've ever got to a ticket, was when i put in a ticket about deleted ticket, my last ticket was "magically reinstated", nothing was done about the issue, but the ticket was reinstated, things might have changed after they nearly went into receivership, but the fact that that is what it took is a statement in itself, leopards don't change their spots, they might roll in the mud to conceal them, but they're still there

the only real action i've got was in relation to anything was when i posted on JA about my carrier name being permablocked no matter what i named it, so now i use JA to bring public attention to the matter, i'll NEVER use their ticketing system or forums again, public shaming is much more effective than their in house cover ups.
I only have this problem when my internet is unstable, so for me it a little rare to happen but when happen it is frequent at the moment, but yesterday I had this error a few times, probably it was just my internet again that was really slow at the moment but there is a chance that it have been a mix of problems with the server.
