Max Singularity, our beloved pontiff, is famed for his outreach work - helping vulnerable and isolated players to find community within the Sixth Empire. To help usher in festive cheer, we have a very special bounty for you. We want you to share an uplifting, true story from the EVE community. It could be about how EVE helped improve your life, about how the community saw you through a dark time, or about a good deed in a famously unforgiving universe.
If your story is about someone else and contains elements that could identify them, please get that person's permission. Write no less than 200 words and no more than 600.
This is a two tiered bounty, offering seven $5 prizes and one $25 prize for the most heart-warming story. But here's the kicker: the person who wins the $25 prize will also have their story read on video by Max Singularity 🎅

Once the deadline closes, we’ll pick eight submissions, award $5 to seven of them, and $25 to one of them which will also be read aloud by Max Singularity. Max is a very busy man both in-game and irl (he's a NASA scientist), so we can't provide a 100% guarantee that the winning story will be read aloud, but we're hopeful. We may also share your submissions as curated content.
