I am thinking either Drake or Tengu

Drake.
I was in like with EveOnlineTutorials and leaned on Tengu but then... those little wings on the side, the angle of that mandible like thing... the squares on the back...
Yeh I wasn't sure if it's a Tengu due to the back end of it but I am pretty sure it's a Drake.
It's a Alligator in a sweet Empyrean Outlaws SKIN
That skin is much brighter colors :)
Drake Navy Issue - I don't think the markings quite line up for the Drake
It's a fictional Drake, you wont find it in game, i mean its a CGI, not screenshot
I mean, 10/10 for the sleuthing but having a trick answer is deffo a violation of SOE by-laws. Alex Sinclair should be temporarily prohibited from the mod storage container of Quaffe and Exotic Dancers for a period of 3 days as per Article 3, subsection 5.
