It must be a solo kill with a value in excess of 100 million ISK
It must be completed in a purpose-made Covert Ops ship, including force recons
It must occur in J-Space
Imicus or Heron kills won't be counted unless they have 200m+ of loot, "Anyone can kill a defenceless explorer, but the really juicy ones are rare."
