We'll strive to announce & reward the bounty winners as quickly as possible. The target time is 72 hours from when they close, but please give us a little leeway on the first few... it's all still very new!

Payouts will be once monthly run, for everybody above the $25 threshold (and that has their PayPal account connected). The plan is to do the first one at the end of August, and we'll make a post here before the run happens to remind people to connect their accounts, to keep an eye out for their payment & report/resolve any issues.

I'm sure you have thought about this but a lot of sites that pay out to USA citizens they usually make them fill out a tax "interview" / questionnaire to declare some sort of tax thing/gathering of personal info or something? Obviously in the UK it's just down to individuals to investigate and deal with their tax situation as appropriate via self assessment if they breach certain other income/traders allowances etc. I have thoughts of HMRC and other country equivalents coming knocking in a few years asking you for detailed records of all the people that were paid out over x amount in x timeframe like they do with other platforms, and we haven't had to register any of our personal details to be paid out as far as I can recall.

I know this is a really boring but having had to do self assessment the last couple of years, tax stuff always comes to my kind whenever there is any kind of payment for anything.

We're going to come back with a more official response to this soon. Because it's tax related, I don't want to write something off the cuff that might be wrong when it's such an important area to get right!
