How are the pets of Just About??
Spice, the shyest baby of the rescue litter, has been really checking me out and watching me when I'm just hanging out (perhaps because Guillermo Del Toro famously said the best monsters are ones you can imagine in repose).
She also has made a mother/daughter bond with my youngest cat who wasn't a part of the litter, Scream, even though she's already bigger than Scream (Scream is a "forever kitten" and very small, despite being two years old).
The all black kitten my friend adopted is looking VERY Halloween-y lately.
Nikita seems to be fully integrated into my proverbial petting zoo.
When my cat Sampson passed away earlier this year, I planted a catnip plant on his grave. It is absolutely thriving so I took a cutting and replanted it on the grave of the other baby I lost this year. When I came in after handling the plant, my oldest cat Pazuzu would NOT leave my hands alone.
