Do you mean the fictional characters they play or the actresses who play these characters?
My picks of the top of my head would be (in no order)
Lara Croft (recent game trilogy was fantastic and the movie with Alicia Vikander was terribly underrated in my opinion)! Heck as a huge fan of the videogames I also loved the cheesey action flicks staring Angelina Jolie, great fun. Gun totting action adventure expert is Lara Croft!
Wonder Woman - a tale of two ends of the quality scale in my opinion with the Wonder Woman movie with Gal Gaddot being absolutely fantastic with a great story and action then unfortunately the sequel 1984 is one of the worst movies I’ve very seen lol. She is also awesome in the Justice League the Snyder cut. Great to see her power and also her compaction shine through in the first movie.
Jill Valentine - absolute bad ass, fearless of zombies and awesome leading lady in Resident Evil 3 remake which I know a lot didn’t like but I thought was fantastic fun. Rumours are saying the new resi may pair her and Leon Kennedy up for the lead roles which would be awesome to see!
Aloy - another awesome leading lady fighting giant robots in horizon forbidden west and zero dawn, fantastic games, great action, great story all led from the front by Aloy, hoping for a third game in the mainline franchise from Guerilla games, I’ve not tried the ps5 VR2 game but it also looms great! (Pretty sure you don’t play as Aloy in that one but you do encounter her)
Chloe Fraser - uncharted, very cool and sarcastic leading lady who reminds me of Lara Croft (OG Lara Croft) by exuding by being a very cool character who is able for whatever situation arises, she was in the earlier uncharted games but got her own spin off with uncharted the lost legacy where she is the strong lead instead of drake.
Chun Li - street fighter, martial arts bad ass and interpol agent! Need I say more! She has been kicking ass for decades and still going strong in the recent street fighter 5 and 6! Nuff said! Do t leave your car parked next to her tho….
This list could go on forever but I will stop here so others can add their opinions 🔥

Btw if you wanna see Leon and Jill finally share a screen, check out Reaident Evil Death Island! It’s one of the animated films so it’s actually good haha
Katniss Everdeen. I have some reservations about the last two films, but the character is very good and shows the female protagonist well on the big screen
Yeah she’s tough as nails and a goddess with a bow!
