I liked that this game is split frol the TCG Live, so the colections are new and exclusives to the pocket, so its nice to have new pokemon cards to collect!
I'm really enjoying it, I think it's a great pastime and it's proving to be a very well-made game. For those who already liked Pokemon cards, it's a great start to something that could become much bigger!

I downloaded it yesterday and have given it a good go. I’m quite into mobile gaming but I’m not sure if I’m going to stick with this one just yet.
I found the new player onboarding a bit overwhelming & confusing, while somehow at the same time quite slow and boring to get though. It keeps giving me reward items/currency that I’m not really sure what the purpose of is. Also a ton of different menus and sub menus.
once I have put enough energy on a card to use its attack, what is the point of all the energy I can still allocate every turn?
Throwing the possibility of 200+ cards at me plus all sorts of cosmetic variations and related currencies at me all at once is putting me off. In marvel snap for example, you only get exposed to a small subset of cards to collect & work on, then as you level, it opens up more and more. I think this approach worked really well compared to how overwhelming all this is from the off.
