Ford James I received the wrong amount for my win. This is the same style as all my other video guides and I was given 1st place prizing for those. This one I was given 2nd place prizing despite it being the same format build and just as good as the other ones.

I also recommend items and a type of item you are looking for plus give smite2.live to give people the current builds of what the best are building. Specifically highlighting cooldown rate and hydras lament

Hey NotAValveGame, the parameters for this reward are slightly different to most of the other god rewards. Where the others permit text rewards and offer a higher tier for video entries, this one has two tiers for video rewards. Your video is excellent - and the thumbnail does indeed, cook, it's terrific - but to reach the higher tier here, we were looking for a little more detail on specific builds/items.

We're aware the game undergoes regular balance changes so specific builds won't be evergreen, but more focus on items would make this a complete video guide where a new player could go back to the game and be confident playing - and building - Hun Batz.

I'm looking over your parameters again.

You ask for a basic explanation of the abilities which I do, roles he can play, which I cover, tips and tricks, I talk about how you can teleport with your 3 during any point as long as it hit a target, while channeling your 2, and to level it first at level 1 for better clear. I also spoke about movement with regards to his 2, movement in smite 2 is always faster when going in the direction you are looking.

I talk about why hydras (an item) is good on him, specifically because you want to weave in basic attacks between every ability.

I also state why cooldown rate is core to hun batz's game play. His ultimate is what his gameplay for most of the game revolves around. It being up as often as possible enables the god to play the game.

Providing a build for every role would take away from the short duration the videos normally have which is a draw a lot of people to watch my guides. He plays 2 maybe 3 roles. I can't in good faith give a cut and dry build in the video but I can recommend items and what type of items you can look for. While linking the website which can give them the current meta build help.

I understand you are the ones grading and evaluating the contests and I respect the platform greatly for providing this but I meet all your parameters outside of a build focus. I still make sure to speak on items you want to have and what type of items you want. Respectfully, I believe I do meet the parameters for the 1st place prize.
