I used to watch a lot of UFC with my ex-father-in-law and this was an incredibly clean hit. Usually UFC is a lot of circling, jabbing, poking, and waiting for that key point to dive in, pin, and grapple until submission. Therefore to see a great counter by Kasanganay when it could have been a quick kick-counter-into grapple and pin, was an amazing reversal!

Lennox Lewis vs Frank Bruno

At around 4.40 in the highlights below you'll see a wicked hook from Lewis that catches clean as a whistle and swings the balance of the fight in Lewis' favour. He starts to dismantle Bruno after this and deservedly wins by TKO.

You wonder how today's heavyweights would cope with the power of Lewis if he was around today to benefit from the extensive nutrition and fitness regiments boxers now go through!

One of the most iconic and clean hits in boxing history is Muhammad Ali's knockout of Sonny Liston in their 1965 rematch. Known as the "Phantom Punch," Ali's right-hand punch floored Liston in the first round, leading to a dramatic knockout.

One of the most memorable knockouts in women's boxing history is Ann Wolfe's stunning first-round knockout of Vonda Ward in 2004. Known as "The Greatest Knockout In Women's Boxing History,"

Wolfe delivered a looping overhand right that floored the much taller Ward. This knockout is often cited as a defining moment in women's boxing due to its sheer impact and Wolfe's underdog status going into the fight

For me it has to be this leaping final kick to knockout their opponent.
