Modern Warfare III will be my game of choice this weekend, but I'm unsure how long I'll stick with it for. Currently enjoying multiplayer, but because all the maps are from MW2 2009, I already know them all and there's nothing new to learn, which may mean it gets repetitive a little quicker than it usually would!

I've been a playing a bunch of Football Manager 2024 recently too - I always do a one-season save during the two weeks of the beta, and this time I managed Man Utd, the team I unfortunately support. Didn't manage to do much with them in the league - finished a boring sixth due to still figuring out the best tactics early on in the season - but I did make it to the final of the Champions League, including coming back from 3-0 down in the first leg of the quarter final against Barcelona to win 5-4 on aggregate. In the final however, against RB Leipzig of all teams, my striker got himself sent off in under five minutes, so I promptly lost that 2-0. Not sure which team to manage for my first proper career - I'm tempted by Wrexham!

I've been playing through Cyberpunk on a fresh save.

Last time (at launch) I played as a Street Kid with a pretty middle of the road build. Some ranged skills, a few mods, but nothing too drastic.

This time I'm playing Corpo, but I'm thinking if going all modded, like Maelstrom in a suit. I'm not that far in yet so I've got to earn some eddies before I can afford the body mods, but I'm already more machine than I was in the last playthrough! 🤖

After Cyberpunk (and a quick break playing something like Cult of the Lamb) I'll be jumping into Starfield.

I've put FFXIV because it's still my main game, but got to try out Star Trek Fleet Command for a stream and I have to say it got me hooked so playing that on the side as well now. I used to play Star Trek Online until it became F2P, and loved it, and this game (so far) gives me the same feeling. Character dialogues are excellent and the building projects are fun to plan what you need to do next to then get an other thing levelled up. Most likely I'll stop when my little fleet with no RL money spent on it won't have much chance against the tough pvp folks who spend money on the game :D

Ive been playing Modern Warfare 3 zombies today as its just dropped,. and its quite different, its basically warzone DMZ but with zombies now, i prefer the classic zombies modes but i do think this will grow on me! Also ive downloaded the new Like A Dragon as it looks a blast so ill be checking that out! And last but not least I have been playing Ghostrunner 2 which is tough as nails but strangely super rewarding lol i usually dont like super difficult games but this one has me hooked! ps also dive into Vampire surivors when chilling as its just so much fun! :)

Mostly Fortnite zero build. The og weapons and the limited amount of shield/health on the map makes for a slower, more tactical and strategic game. The end game between 2 or 3 full squads often makes for some incredible gameplay and tactical decision making.

I wasn't sure it would work in zero build but the balanced loot pool and lack of overpowered game winning novelty weapons makes it fantastic. A really good time to pick the game up for those that never did, no build mode is a brilliant casual and fun game.

I just jumped back into WoW after 11 months away. That game just keeps pulling me back, despite me quitting it at least once every expansion. This time it was the Blizzcon hype train that lured me in, and the fact that I'm currently maining a druid, and the current patch goes to the Emerald Dream.

I mostly play Overwatch though. I've put more time into that game than anything else (even if I added up all the times I've gone back to WoW, I reckon OW would beat it easily). More than 3,000 hours of my life so far. gg
