I attend the live event last night. This and the racing game ( not sure about the music game) look absolutely amazing and they are free! The way all this was revealed and shown from within a BR game/event lobby was so fun. They managed to get 11.6 million concurrent players with a queue of people over 2 hours long stuck waiting their turn for the login servers. Over 2 million watching on twitch and similar numbers on youtube. I can only imagine the numbers if the infrastructure was capable! There were supposed to be two reruns hours after but epics services were so overloaded they got cancelled and the whole thing was shut down. Only just gone live again in the last couple of hours with the new chapter I believe.

Our 4 man squad all managed to get logged in but, 2 of us managed to get into a shared event lobby, one crashed to windows and the other ended up in their own lobby. We ended up doing as muiltiway whatsapp voice call so all experienced it together in a way. What afantastic event and evening. So much fun and hype for the new season and these new modes!

For all of the skins you own you will be getting the Lego version for free in your locker (about 2 thirds of the skins supported). I was expecting them to make us buy them all again!

Queue is over an hour long to login just now (6pm UK time)haven’t hit USA peak time yet and neither have any of these new game modes (Thursday) launched.

Im so keen for this collab with fortnite and lego, if lego does bring out fortnite sets or minifigures...I will buy them HAHA
