Hello,

I am trying to buy a bunch of games in the Xbox 360 marketplace closing down sale, however I cant buy them on my Xbox 360 console as my payment information from my Xbox account doesn't seem to be pulling through and it is asking me to add new payment details in the console which just errors out as i don't think you can add it any longer, i have the console linked to my account so I'm not sure why my payment info is not pulling through to allow me to buy games?

Also I tried going to the marketplace on the web (I am in the UK), in multiple browsers and also using private browsing mode to get it to work (https://marketplace.xbox.com/en-gb/Games/Xbox360Games?page=1&pagesize=90&sortby=BestSelling)

 but when I click on any game then click on buy, it asks me to sign in which I do, then it takes me to the Xbox homepage (https://www.xbox.com/en-GB/)

 No matter what game I try and purchase, on what browser or device, I've tried turning off browser extensions also I just get taken to the Xbox homepage?

Does anyone have any ideas how I can purchase some Xbox 360 games as I don't know any other ways or why this is happening?
