I think they might mean there has been no new Smalland bounties in a while.

The JA team circulate game bounties. The more people they see talking about a game, the more likley there may be bounties and other things in the future, hence the minecraft and pokemon communities. Make some posts and duscussions, see what community there is for the game and get people talking.
