Someone in a stream asked me if they could remix one of my videos into a Short and whether or not I would get views/credit. My answer was "... you can remix other people's videos into Shorts??"

Does anyone know how it works? Does it post from their channel, but have the citation of the original content at the bottom like like when you remix your own video into a Short? I always have "allow remixing" on because I do it myself, but I've never tried to do it to someone else's video, nor to my knowledge had it done to one of mine.
