Any thoughts on this? Premium membership is a very very small part of the overall audience. That said a lot of creators videos can be pretty annoying when they are 15 minutes long and it could have been summed up in 30 seconds, so I do often do this on a lot of videos.

Not gonna lie, that’s going to upset me quite a bit when all I’m trying to do is skip through a “starting soon” screen lol
I tend to get to the point quickly, it's just what I do, people will often then say "sh*t video, to short" and you have to explain that covering bits attached to it will not help them and just confuse them.
I'm all for this IMO, will help people find actual good videos instead of videos that are 15+ minutes long and waffling on about whatever and spending 30 seconds on the actual subject.
It's already happening with Google whenever I search for a problem and there is a YT video on it. It'll start with how to solve the problem without the pre-amble. If I need to rewind it I can but if there is a very specific part of the video I want to see then I'd gladly have a skip button otherwise the YT community are generally pretty good and time stamping it in the comments
Calling it AI is a bit of a stretch but it's what you have to do to keep the corporate shareholder buzz at the moment.
Tutorials on YT are to long, on the other hand the written one sometimes lack to clearly show what to do. I want both on my exact personal needs.
