The Sphynx challenges you to find it as part of the Riddle of Rumination. I ended up losing three hours of my life searching every Seekers Token location north of Vernworth using an interactive DD2 map. I still never found it. The silver lining is that I now I have a lot of Seekers Tokens 😁
