A good one at first glance, but things make it worse.

We have some differences from our earth experience.

  1. The windows isnt at scale, the double ones in the mailslot are the size of a single person, so this windows are at face and feet position. Same happen with some doors in buildings near the landing pad, hobbit size. Its a trick to increase the apparent size of the station, without making extra big, and hard to spot ships around the zone.

  2. The centrifugal effect make things upside down. The people will have the foot toward the exterior of the station, and the head toward the interio. The more exterior levels is also the most deeper floor.

  3. In the coriolis model, some of the buildings arent aligned to the center of rotation, but with the face, the floor here need to be always aligned 90º with the centrifugal force. This put the flor in angle, like the Kyo Towers in Madrid. https://es.wikiarquitectura.com/torres_kio_corte/

I can see the "lowest" level, with a glass floor, to see the stars, but rotation make things difficult.

Leave this buildings for the spacers that lack a pilot federation. We have a ship that don't rotate, and can choose any point of view across the whole galaxy, including surfaces. The Odyssey settlements, with a cool atmosphere, provide a more pleasant experience, better than living in a slow washing machine.

But think with me, we already have the space legs with Odyssey. And the only place that we can walk is near to the center of the stations, or it could be even worse, there is starports that are small and doesn't have rotation, so the lore justify it with magnetic boots. So the centrifugal force isn't really a problem. Another solution for a personal space is a planetary personal persistent bases such as the ones announced to Star Citizen and that exist in Starfield.

And the point to have a personal space is't resumed to a pleasant view, it could have more to do in there, I now that some things are possible to do in menu interface, but I play ED mainly because of immersion elements and have the possibility to get out in the ship and do the same things that I do just clicking buttons give a level of immersion that make me more interesting in this game.
