Christoph Waltz as (Franz Oberhauser) Ernst Stavro Blofeld in Spectre.

This is acting with personal character.

It has to be Desmond Llewelyn as Q!

He came up with all of these intricate gadgets, hoping that Bond would end up blowing himself up with one of them! Somehow, James always* survived and ended up misusing them all for good, foiling Q's master plans.

I'm sure that we'll soon find out who the next 007 will be and maybe this time we'll also get a Q that'll finally succeed!

Not that I don't love Q and his decades long banter with Bond, his attempts to get him to "grow up" or "bring things back" but uh, he isn't a villain. Might want to read the bounty again bud!

I'm aware, bud. That's why the spoiler tag is there that you may have missed.

In hindsight, it could've been a reply but I was in a mood for jokes. It's fine if it doesn't get picked.

The secret villain hiding at the centre of MI6? We'll allow it!

You guys rock! I promise I won't pull this all the time. I'm glad you liked my silly idea. 😁

James Bond Jaws vs Jaws

Who could not forget this iconic scene? Hanging up against a magnet being pulled over towards the shark tank. Magnet being turned off, dropped into the water, and bam! Jaws eating Jaws! As the shark moves in for the kill, bam! Dude just starts biting into the shark! Then we are left with the after of the blood come up!

To me that was why they were so epic. How many people do see walking around with metal teeth? Great way to get through the metal detectors and the airports.

I want to say this was tough, because there were so many great Bond Villains over the years but I'm going to go with something more recent. But it really wasn't all that hard at all. Javier Bardem as Raoul Silva in Skyfall was everything a Bond Villain needed to be, oozing charisma, a certain charm, yet cold, terrifying and in many ways Bond's equal knowing many of his weaknesses.

I don't think they could have cast anyone better for the role, the look, the accent, he was perfect. Plus shall we say.. his flamboyant mannerisms made for some pretty funny dialogue and memorable moments. He's stood out the most for me from a lot of the more recent villains. Of course, nobody will dethrone the obvious icons but Silva is right up there with them.

Since Blofeld is the obvious choice for this one I’m going to go with

Gert Fröbe as Auric Goldfinger

This Villian was a big rug pull from any of the other Bond villains in the Sean Connery era, Everyone remembers the iconic scene of James Bond strapped to a table about to be cut in half with the laser,

Also Goldfinger was the very first Bond Villian to iconise the line ‘Goodbye Mr Bond’ a line referenced in future Bond films and of course who can forget the infamous;

Bond: You expect me to talk?

Goldfinger: No Mr Bond, I expect you to DIE!

Pure, Classic Bond Villian 😎

I may be mis-remembering the plot of Goldfinger but:

Ernst Stavro Blofeld

If you're talking iconic then we gotta go by visuals and Blofeld has it all. Bald head, scar running down his eye, and finally a white cat purring whilst he monologues to his henchmen or to Bond in a deathtrap.

Blofeld's imagery has gone beyond his own character being parodied and imitated in so much of popular culture that this main physical characteristics can be used as visual shorthand to indicate that this guy is a bad guy or the boss.

Whilst Blofeld's end was rather unceremonious being dropped into a chimney at the start of For Your Eyes Only (1987), the character was picked by Christoph Waltz in the Craig era of Bond showing the longevity and meaning Blofeld's character has for the Bond franchise

No doubt about it, the most iconic Bond villain is Mads Mikkelsen as Le Chiffre in Casino Royale.

He embodies the perfect blend of a calm psychopath, sadist, and evil mastermind. His chilling performance ... brrr. Le Chiffre's intelligence and ruthlessness set a new standard for Bond villains. The intensity he brings to every scene is quite noticeable.

While I won't link the infamous torture scene due to its brutality, here is another scene from poker game

Christoph Waltz (Blofeld) from Spectre 2015.

You know, it's not about how cruel this villain is, its about how great Christoph plays it.

Le Chiffre from Casino Roayle is a memorable Bond villain for me because of his chilling calmness and his ability to be a bit vulnerable... he’s not a typical invincible mastermind, but a man driven by desperation and fear. i think My favorite scene is the torture sequence where Le Chiffre tries to break Bond, showcasing his ruthless nature. I think I am a bit sadistic enjoying these types of scenes hahaha but it is memorable for its raw tension and the way it exposes both Bond’s and Le Chiffre’s vulnerabilities :D

Francisco Scaramanga

The man with the golden gun

Scaramanga is a lethal assassin and was a formidable villain for Bond to go up against, using his golden gun he could kill anyone with a single shot and the other trait that he had that made him stand out was the fact that he had a 3rd nipple.

This is the scene which led to his eventual death in a duel against 007. It's one of the things that set himself apart from other villains he saw 007 more of an equal and wanted to a challenge to kill him.
