Hey folks
In case you missed it, Just About made the move from Alpha to Beta yesterday.
This is a huge change as - among other things - it means we can finally open the platform up and share our discussions, bounties, and curated content with the world. We couldn’t have done this without our pioneers: the highly engaged, friendly people that make Just About all that it is.
So as we move to Beta and conclude the first full month of these Feature Friday posts, we want to recap the members featured to date, and to shine the spotlight on a few more from this past week.
Our first Feature Friday highlighted EVEIL, Samuel, and avrona .
Two weeks ago we featured EveOnlineTutorials, FUN INC, and Rixx Javix . Last week the spotlight was on Lanah Tyra and Rixx Javix (and @RSJ, but that was more about The Game Awards)
That brings us to this week,
While The Game Awards might have dominated the conversation over the last couple of weeks, the permanent end of E3 is likely to take over the next few. Paul Younger shares his experience as both a regular attendee and as a journalist, reflecting on the excitement and sense of community that E3 provided.
Next up we wanted to share a really heartfelt reply to a piece of curated content. EveOnlineTutorials , as you might have guessed, creates content for the EVE Online community. Their joy at seeing their content featured in our Havoc review is exactly why we want to support you, members of the Just About community. First follower, first feature, first payout. These are the milestones (and many more) that we want to celebrate with you. For this last one I couldn’t really decide, as they’re all great!Seán , Lanah Tyra, and Philip each took part in a recent bounty to create a themed clip from The Game Awards stream. They each knocked it out of the park, with Seán and Philip going for a supercut of their favourite announced titles, while Lanah Tyra was hyper-focused with a Final Fantasy theme.
That’s it for another Feature Friday, but wait! Don’t forget that we’re running double organic rewards to celebrate our move to Beta, so why not jump into these discussions and leave a reply and a reaction?Have a great weekend everyone, and see you in the replies!
