Does anyone know what the number beside the profile pic mean? Also is there a proper way to ask for help/support? I don’t want to spam the board unnecessarily 😅

Nearest I can tell it’s like a “level.” As you get bounties and community awards, a green pie fills up around your pic and when it’s full, the number goes up. Not sure if they fill up slower the higher you get or anything though.
This is correct. Behind the scenes, your user has a score and that determines your level. The higher the level, the higher the score required to get to the next level is, so it's quite easy to get from level 1 to level 2, but getting from level 9 to level 10 would take a while

Broadly speaking it represents how much a member has engaged with our platform and how others respond to the things you share.
That's it in a nutshell, and it's a feature we'll be reworking in the future.

If you encounter a bug or technical issues there is a 'Report a bug' option in the top menu. As for general help and questions it's perfectly fine to make a post and ask like you did here. This way anyone from the community can help you, and others might have the same question just haven't asked yet ☺️

Wow! I’m still new but I must say I’ve really amazed at the amount of support from this community. Initially I thought it was number of devices logged in then I saw the circle bar and wasn’t sure.
It used to be capped at 6 but they recently removed the cap. I'm "justabout" to move to level 7 woop! means nothing though, it's not even displayed to anyone but yourself. Fun to see number go up and all that though! maybe it will be used for something in the future, there was also talk in the past of it being reset once the alpha/beta ends.
