This happens every now and again..
Right now in the UK it is 03:00 AM, I have been in bed wide awake for hours, my brain seemingly unable to let me drift off.
I listen to podcasts I have heard before almost every night. This usually helps block out the white noise in my head but tonight its just not cutting it. Tried a hot milky drink but that didn't help so Iv decided to give in and sit up for a bit.
Does anyone else suffer with insomnia? How do you deal with it?
