50? no way, nowardays its an age when most interesting things happens and you are still full of energy.

80-85 maybe, depends on health.

Nah, we’re made to live and die. One of the key tenets in a lot of eternal/unnaturally long life stories is losing what makes you human. That way, madness lies.

  1. Yes. Even if it wasn't immortality but an extension, I'd go for it.

  2. In a similar but younger body I have now, no. Give me the catalog, I'm here to customize the options. hair, eyes, gender, all of it. If I can get a new body, it's gonna be a banger not look like this pile I've been stuck in already.

I think I would however I would prefer it to be later in life or if i became ill. Also I would be happy being in my 26 year old body for the rest of time, that was the one point in my life i was really fit and healthy 🤣

As I'm starting to feel more and more health issues creeping up on me, I would. Kind of curious to see where the world is going, if things will change for the better. Plus there are so many things I would love to do, places to see that there's no way I would be able to do it after retirement (if our generation will even get to have one or we'll just work until we drop) Speaking of work, would I have to then keep working forever since I'm fit and sble or could I retire and actually enjoy life?

26 year old body? Not sure... I think for me that "perfect" shape was around 22-24. But I kinda like the customisation options Juuni mentioned.

Could I still eat? Even if the robot body doesn't need it but for the taste. I love delicious food. But it's kind of tempting that I wouldn't have to cook, so I could just eat a couple of strawberries for example just for the taste.

Also I would want to have a stop button. If I've seen enough or turns out that the world is going in a wrong direction, I would want to have that option to "quit game".

The idea is cool but the transfer of consciousness is interesting as even tho it is your ideas and beliefs etc it’s not really your consciousness as you will still die and you won’t feel and see and think all these things as it isn’t actually you?
