Weather is getting colder, people are getting sicker, and we all just want to stay inside wrapped up warm. With the days getting darker earlier, I find that my energy level drops and I just want those creature comfort foods that are easy to make and make me feel good.
For me it is the classic Grilled Cheese Sandwich with Tomato Soup. It's a dish that I had throughout university for lunch on the weekend as it requires very little extra ingredients and can be made in <10mins.
