I'm going for a build that applies multiple status effects, focusing mainly on Weaken, Poison, and Fire, while also boosting criticals and weapon damage.
Uneven Matches: Charged weapon attacks burn enemies.
Dirty Syringe: Charged weapon attacks poison enemies.
Toad Witch Idol: Poison can now stack up to three more times.
Eternal Candle: Increases the burn duration by 5 seconds.
Fresh Bandage: When above 50% health, all damage dealt increases by 30%.
Double-Edged Scissors: Card attacks make your next weapon attack critical.
Surgeon’s Lenses: Critical weapon hits deal 25% more damage.
Poisonous Plush Hedgehog: Critical hits launch poison daggers (10 spell damage + poison).
Broken Water Bomb: When you throw Fortune, she constantly splashes poison.
Volatile Brew: When an enemy survives poison, poison needles spawn (10 spell damage).
Mighty Spinach: When you throw Fortune, she shoots fireworks (10 damage, based on roll number).
Buzzing Wasp Nest: Weapon attacks have a 10% chance to launch a swarm (10 weapon damage).
Dracul-Millows: Weapon hits on Weakened enemies have a 10% chance to restore 1 health.
We use the bow Sevendipity Striker to apply Weaken with a charged attack.

As for cards, we go with Poison Dagger. If homing is needed, we switch to Spirit Of Flames
