The saying that 'a picture is worth a thousand words' holds true when you're trying to convey something like a mood, a feeling, an aesthetic. As the final bounty in 'rock week' here on JAMS, we want you to show us the rock/metal/alternative vibe, and contribute images to our rock music mood board.

Photos of legendary bands doing their thing on stage is an obvious place to start - maybe too obvious. Go further and show us iconic album artwork. Show us rock fashion. Show us the patches on your battle jacket. Almost anything that conveys an idea visually, or gets us closer to a visual representation of rock's vibe, is ok to submit. So think outside the box and show us the colour and the shape (wink wink) of rock music!

We'll need lots of submissions to build a proper mood board, so there are 20 x $3 awards on offer. Our other rock bounties are still live at time of writing, but will close over the course of next week: have your say on the best rock artists, best rock albums, best rock music videos.
