I am researching how to lose more Fat. Currently i am on 55kg of muscle mass to around 18kg of Fat with a total of around 100kg. There is enough Muscle Mass but how do you define the beer Belly?
Beside increasing the Sport Level and doing a lower income of energy. I am thinking of going again into Keto. (this was a gamechanger) Also with more muscle i think the effect is even stronger.
Do I miss something or i am already close to the point?
