Summer is upon us and many people have been trying to get that perfect beach bod or summer fit ready. Whether it is toning up or building some muscle.
For me I started to gym after discovering a manga series called How Heavy Are the Dumbbells you Lift? It’s an edutainment series aimed at getting younger men into the gym with cute anime girls showing you how to get swole. As juvenile as it is, it worked on me and now I’m a certified gym rat going 4-5 times a week working a different muscle group each time.
