Those of us with multiple email addresses potentially from different providers (Gmail and Yahoo here, trying to phase-out my Yahoo emails though) tend to use desktop email clients to manage everything. Which one are you using or your PC and phone?
Phone is easier, I'm on Android so using the Gmail app for both email and calendar and it works good. Also have Outlook as the integration of Yahoo emails is easier on that and the client is much more simple than Outlook on desktop. But I want my Gmail mailboxes to be organised with labels and have less clutter, so sticking with Gmail now, and only using Outlook to keep an eye once a week on my old Yahoo mailboxes.
I'm a bit torn though what would be the best for Windows desktop. Find it annoying to swap between Gmail accounts in the browser because each wants to open in a different tab instead of swapping over in the current one, so I have multiple tabs open... For some reason to get Yahoo mailboxes integrated into Outlook which comes with the full Office package is a huge pain in the backside. Experimenting with the new Outlook now to have my calendars integrated into the Windows calendar and to have one place to quickly glance at all my emails, but again Outlook can't manage Gmail labels. There is one desktop app which has been built for Gmail but you have to pay for it per account so not worth it at the moment.
Back in the age before Gmail I used Thunderbird and loved it, anyone still using it?
