I want to use my Galaxy S23 Ultra phone with my teleprompter for livestream chat. Is there an app/development setting trick I can use to mirror flip the entire screen? Or at the very least, just the YouTube app itself?

Not quite sure what you are trying to achieve, but if i put that into google search, there are plenty of guides, including specifically for samsung. It thats not what you looking for, then try to use chatGPT to syntize right keywords.
btw, why text, not voice?
I mean the live chat of the viewers. I have a teleprompter and the phone needs to be mirror-flipped for me to be able to read out the chats while reflecting in the prompter.
I’ve googled it extensively and all I can find are how-tos on mirroring TO devices (streaming your screen) not actually mirror-flipping the screen.
IT might be useful to ask in the content creators JA, someone may have tried the same thing.
