Two Point Museum has been out long enough for us to talk gameplay tips, and we're kicking things off with staff management!
Simply share a piece of advice for getting the best out of your employees in Two Point Museum on social media, add a relevant picture from your game, and add the hashtags #TwoPointMuseum and #Just.
Some thought starters: what are the best traits to hire or the best skills to train, and why? Can you crunch the numbers to explain how big a difference aerodynamics makes, or the exact impact that staff skills have on your museum level? What are the best ways to level-up staff quickly, or to manage their needs and pay demands? How many of each type of staff do you need per facility/exhibit to keep everything running well without over-hiring? How can we get the best out of the Zoning feature?
Share your answers to these and any other relevant staff management tips, and try to tackle questions that other members haven't!

update rate of my staff's enjoyment of the two point museum game...
how I keep my employees loyal and happy (green smile):
1. I try to adjust their salaries by adjusting according to their mood to become a green smile, but of course with the caveat that our museum's income is stable.
2. After adjusting employee salaries, I also adjust prices such as vending machine food and beverage prices, ticket prices, souvenir prices, & coffee prices in order to keep our income stable.
3. for each employee, don't let 1 employee be told to do various tasks, just focus on 1 employee 1 job to stay focused and not overworked.
4. give them a take break while working, don't let us disturb their rest.

For point 1: While it's important to hire more as you expand, having too many employees can drain your funds, even more as they level up. Check to see which ones you don't need anymore and fire them and/or replace them with robots (If they're janitors or security guards)
For point 2: As you level up your staff, they gain skill slots, however training them will increase their pay requirements. Sometimes it's okay to leave them empty or leave some of them at rank 1 or 2 since they're sufficient enough as it is.
For point 3: Loyal is super important if you're going for the long run. Lower pay requirements can help relieve the pressure from giving them a pay raise.
For point 4: Skills like Eloquent can improve your staff's skills and Photographic Memory can give you a little boost in getting survey levels up. However some positive traits are not created equal and not all negative traits are a huge threat. Delicate is okay to have as long as you're not sending them out on expeditions or are taking the necessary precautions or willing to wait longer for recovery.

I don't have many employees and it's not been that long since I started Two Point Museum, but I can say one thing... the staff must be chosen with extreme care, and, if there aren't the right characteristics, propose a job until the right one is found. I preferred to wait and take at least one member of staff different from the other with their own peculiarities in order to face any obstacle. And then the knowledge of a museum is varied, so having an explorer or two for each category is the best thing. Then training is important, giving targeted training to each employee (obviously it takes time) but I believe it will bring advantages to your museum.
Payments are also important, paying them too much right away is wrong for me, but giving small increases over time can improve the relationship with your employee, which should not be managed only with money, but also seeing what makes them unhappy and going to work on that.

It took me a while to understand how to make my staff happy and efficient. First of all, you have to select not randomly, but choose those who have a basic skill set based on what is needed. First of all, you can choose to take those who earn less in the meantime to start putting people in and then replace them, even paying more with those who have a skill and in whom you can invest.
Later, when you start to unlock training rooms, laboratories and so on, it is good to invest in your employees by improving their skills and increasing their salary a bit, it will not be a waste of money, but they will improve the performance of the museum. Having specific skills is also useful for exploration missions, because it will block new things.
So I invested in them, increasing the salary, creating specific skills, creating a nice staff room where they have everything they need and finally a bathroom dedicated to them.
