The Fallout TV show is due to stream next year, and during Gamescom the Prime Video account put out a tweet with some promotional art. Inevitably and almost immediately, a ton of folks picked up on some weird quirks in the image, like a woman with three legs and a back-to-front taxi. Kotaku has a nice breakdown here.

I looked at it and couldnt see anything wrong, it's only when its pointed out in the article did I notice like the backwards car and now it sticks out really badly.
To Amazon’s credit, it’s a pretty convincing image, and like you say Dave, can’t spot anything wrong until you zoom in super closely! Just goes to show AI-generated images are still so far away from being perfect without humans fixing the small errors.
