That's a good pick Lollipop Chainsaw was definitely an unusual game, Did you know James Gunn was a writer for Lollipop Chainsaw?
Genuinely can't choose between Far Cry 3 and Max Payne 3. Probably spent the same amount of hours in them at the time and restart them just as frequently to scratch different gaming itches.
Both are good games.
Kingdom of Amalur Reckoning is still a good game today. I can say that because I have played only 2 years ago or so.
Far Cry 3 was the first Far Cry I played. Burning down a weed field to the sound of Skrillex Reggae was a very memorable experience. ^^
Also, Mass Effect 3 was released in 2012?! Great... now I feel old.
But my favorite from that year is Dishonored. The fact you could legitimately do a pacifist run without killing anyone is simply awesome. I wish more games would allow that.
