Recommend a corp or alliance!

We previously ran a bounty asking for your recommendation for corporations in different security systems. That's because we're working towards a comprehensive corp and alliance guide. You can help by nominating corps or alliances that meet one of the following criteria:

Best alliances/corps for mission running
Best alliances/corps for new players
Best alliances/corps for roleplay
Best alliances/corps for miners/huffers
Best alliances/corps for exploration
Best alliances/corps for nomadic players
Best alliances/corps for PI
Best alliances/corps for casual players
Best alliances/corps for making friends
Best alliances/corps for PvP content
Best alliances/corps for a particular time zone
Other (tell us what the corp or alliance is great for)

Be sure to tell us which of those criteria your recommended corp or alliance meets, and feel free to be more specific than the broad categories we've given above. You don't need to be a member of the corp or alliance to nominate it. In fact, we'd really love it if you recommended more than one!

Now to my personal experience with this corporation and previous members of it.

They have a highly active voice comms and sharing ability, they have several Moon Mining stations set up which are protected and this way newer players can actually earn a fair amount of ISK, players in this corporation activity help each other in PvE, can't do a mission? Ask, and people will come help.

The command team also does PvP operations if people want to from low sec to null sec.

I highly recommend this corporation for new players to get them out of the NPC corporation, with a 0.0% tax rate. All your earnings, go to you.

I recommend the Novus Ordo alliance for those who enjoy PvP, roleplay, or both! I believe every EVE player should have at least one character there. On days when you're feeling upset or tired, you can log in, greet the members, and share some joy with other players in New Eden.

Many people think they are the bad guys, but this isn't quite true. They help maintain a healthy economy, push players out of their comfort zones where they may not be progressing, and showcase the true meaning of a sandbox game.

For role-play and general activities, my pick is the Sixth Empire.

Here's what they say about themselves:

The Sixth Empire is an alliance that does all the fun things other alliances do, except we make regular headlines in a way no one else does!

I'm not part of their alliance, but I have met their leader, Max Singularity, also known as the Space Pope. He is an interesting person who does great things, so if you're looking for a safe and engaging community, I'm confident in recommending this alliance.

The best alliance for miners is by far Safety. Net [SIMPS]. Why worry about gankers when you can be a legal miner who is blue to Safety.? You can mine in the Safety. Zone in peace and receive free barges when there is an op to mine OUR moons. You can learn how to deal with other miners while earning Street Cred™.
