Hey everyone, since others have already explained how to get there and obtain resources, I'll focus more on the creation process.

New Market Section

Personalization and Design ElementsIn this section, you can buy and sell paints (nanocoatings), patterns, and sequence binders.

There are two types for the first two items: limited (single-use) and unlimited, similar to BPC and BPO.

The price difference is significant, with unlimited items designed for SKINRers who use this profession to earn ISK at the Paragon Hub.

How to Create a Custom SKIN

Purchase and Add Items to Your Design Studio.

After buying the items, you can add them to your design studio.

Here you can see the diifference between liimited and unlimited patterns.

Next, open the Creation UI and Select a Hull. By default, it opens the ship you are currently piloting, but you can switch to most other ships (not all ships currently support the SKINR system).

Choose Nanocoating Elements and a Design Pattern: Select up to 4 nanocoating elements and a single design pattern.

Adjust the Design: Use the upper menu to scale, rotate, and move the design elements.

Finalize your custom SKIN by naming it and adding a description.

As you add various elements, depending on their rarity, the SKINR level and PLEX price will increase.

Click "Create SKIN" to open the final screen showing the price and time required to complete the job.

I’ve added two samples of the same ship to show the difference in price: 160 vs. 380 PLEX, with job durations ranging from 15 days to almost 2 months, even with generic common options and patterns.

p.s. Im a poor capsuleer, so i did not initiated any skin creation, thus lacking the screen with UI timer.

True creativity will be available once CCP Games allows us to add more patterns into single ship, similar to creating corp logos.

SKINR

Before you embark on this journey as it is where to use your brain to create amazing ship skins, you need PLEX!

  1. Buy PLEX, either in-game market or on the Eve Store

  2. Login to Eve Online

  3. Go to your Neocom Menu

  4. Go down to Paragon Services

  5. Scroll right - Ship SKINR

This will open another window.

Now, "Studio" is where you get to work yourself, using your PLEX to create ship skins and designs.

Paragon Hub is the community skins that are made that you can buy with ISK or PLEX and use community skins. This is actually often the cheaper way of doing it. It will also list skins of the ship type you have as well.

The collection is simply the "coatings" or "paints" that you have.

It really is that simple.

Hi Nth Dimensional! Thanks for entering. I saw that you submitted this to this bounty too. Normally, we don't allow the same entry to win multiple bounties, but given that different aspects of this video can apply specifically to each bounty, it can still be eligible if you add a couple of sentences of text, pointing viewers towards the relevant sections of the video or adding a bit of extra context. No need to resubmit, you can just hit the 'edit' button. o7
