Microtransactions? Paid DLC? Painting everything interactive with white/yellow paint? No "invert Y-axis" option? What is the cardinal sin of game design for you?
For me it's when a VR game doesn't have the option for smooth turn/locomotion. There should absolutely be teleport and click turn options for those who get motion sickness... but to not have smooth turn/locomotion as an option is untenable, immersion-breaking nonsense.
