Design a new gun for Elite Dangerous: Odyssey!

Pew pew! Welcome to our latest design challenge. This time, we're asking you to design a brand-new handheld gun for on-the-ground combat. While we'll be weighting our judgment more heavily in terms of the aesthetics of the gun design, we'll also take in account any cool supplementary text that tells us what your gun does, including any features that make it unique. Ideally, those details will be integrated in the design.

It's up to you how you choose to show off your weapon. You might want to mock it up in a video, you may want to digitally illustrate it, or you may want to make a blueprint.

Generative AI is strictly forbidden in this reward. So that we can be sure your design isn't AI generated, we ask all image-based entrants to submit a work-in-progress shot alongside the finished design. Failure to do so may result in your submission being disqualified.

Hello, good commander, and just about now:

I'm introducing this weapon created from two different parts.To fully appreciate the design, it's drawn in 30° perspective, as you can see.

One from The Division 2, the flamethrower class, and the other from the movie Mickey 17. You can see a flamethrower with a synthetic fuel-like substance, and they use it as a drug.

Well, in my case, we used the hydrogen fuel cell, as shown in the specifications you can see. It will have an effective range of 150 meters.

A compact weapon with which the commander can carry out high-risk missions or future Thargoid cleanup missions in settlements. Capable of burning every last molecule.

I chose that component for its calorific value and its low-temperature ignition.

In addition, these beings are always on an ammonia planet. And if it were another gas or another component, there would be no flame or ignition of the flames.

It can also be used as a grenade, as you can see, capable of igniting or causing a violent reaction within a 50-meter radius.

I also want to add that it's argonomic position and that it was designed in the Zimbol 11 system, where it participated in the Thargoid invasion, where it was on the sun.

I wanted to bring you a different variety. No rifles, plasma weapons, lasers, or kinetic weapons. I looked into acquiring a new weapon capable of using it to clear stations or in close combat. If you go to a super-hot planet, you'll see that even with a shield, the heat damage is deadly for commanders.
