Hey folks, it’s been just over a week since we pushed the big red button, rolling out a series of major updates to the platform. We launched the new Nightingale Community and introduced Spaces, starting with Film & TV, Sport, Music, and Tech. And all this was accompanied by a revised left-hand menu for desktop and mobile, as well as a snazzy new ‘create’ button at the top of the page.
As the platform continues to grow and we add new Spaces and Communities, such as the upcoming WASD Community, having clear navigation will become even more important.
This is something we brought up in a previous discussion focused more on the use of hashtags for content discovery. This week we’re keen to hear your experiences navigating Just About or any other platform that has left an impression on you, good or bad. Navigation extends beyond the navbar; there are other, more subtle factors that influence user experience, like colour schemes, word choices, and page layout.
We’re always open to constructive feedback. Our platform is built for you, so tell us below how we can make your Just About experience smoother, more intuitive, and more enjoyable.
