Back in the day, 'mixtapes', or recording selected songs from various CDs onto cassette tape, were the only way people could make their own compilations from across their music collection. This was done for many reasons: gathering the right songs for a mood or emotion, making personal 'best of' collections across artists or genres, or just to share great music.
These days the closest equivalent is to create a custom playlist on Spotify, YouTube Music, or your streaming app of choice. Also, we've got no way of letting you share casettes. So that's what we'd like you to do!
