This is usually the time for big sales and the guessing game of "is it going to go down even more or should I buy it right now?"

After the recommendations here I already bought a Samsung Tab S6 Lite before the Black Friday sales started, because turns out Samsung was giving it away as a gift with the super expensive fold phone, so people were selling it half price on ebay. Quite happy with it at first glance, it recognises my crappy handwriting and the pen is very comfortable, not slipping at all even without a paperlike screen protector.

All week I was eyeing the Pixel 8 Pro and finally on Friday I gave in as it was down to £500 from the original price of £900. Just setting it up now so will take a while until I get it to a comfortable state and everything transferred over from my old phone. Will be taking it to my trip to Amsterdam for the holidays, that will be the first test of the camera, but I'm really looking forward to take it to my first concert next year, as the main reason I settled with this phone was the optical zoom and good video recording quality in low light.
