Well that was fun! My first ever stream and my first ever own voice voiceover on a video! As someone who doesn't often play crafting games I got VERY confused and only really started to figure things out a bit more towards the end. I think I must have missed a few really important key gameplay/control concepts at the start.

Thanks FrostySomething for joining for most of the stream. He tells me some of the things I was confused about is how it just works in most crafting games, so i get the feeling if you often play the genre it would just be obvious and natural to do what took me an hour to figure out!

Could benefit from a hand holding tutorial I think but on the plus side it provided some entertainment with how confused I got and the misundertandings!

Looks like I won’t be participating in this bounty, I just saw your other post and realized it myself that 50 subs are required, Silly me. I don’t feel like going on twitch at the moment but I’m almost able to stream on YT just a little more.

Thanks so much! I actually really enjoyed doing it as well in the end. Will probably do more or the same as a vid on YouTube. I need to go read up on the game some more and watch some new player guide videos, before having another go.

Regarding 50 subs, it looks like this is a mobile requirement only and from a desktop there is no minimum requirement. What confused me is that you have to apply for access to stream and there is a 24 hour activation countdown for some reason. I checked in on where I was with the countdown on my mobile and there was no countdown but instead said I needed 50 subs. But it seems this is a mobile only requirement so you should be good to go if you manage to find the time to do it at short notice.

Oh good to know, I thought it’s the same on desktop, then I will give it a try if I can get it done on time. Been preoccupied the last few days, need to catch up 😄 but just keep at making content. You are growing alright. I feel it for myself as well. From the first to current video, nothing major but there is a difference over time.

Love this game and have already streamed it in the past with friends. Sadly found this post with only 3 hours left on the bounty so I can't join. Smalllands was the first open-world crafter I loved and really enjoyed playing with friends!

First stream ever! Hope I don't mess it up :P

Edit: I did indeed mess up 1st time i stupidly left the stream on standby for 30 mins while going on. 2nd time 1 Hour 40 Mins after I ended I realised my mic wasn't set up properly and didn't have audio. I'm going for the 3rd time :D Third time is the charm!

Update: I finally completed the stream this time successfully :P technically i streamed a total of 3 1/2 hours due to stupid mistakes. Important lesson learnt.

Thanks! I actually just bought this game a few mins ago for this specific reason and the other bounties. but even if i don't win. Hey it's still a win for me as JA is pushing me beyond what I would do on my own :D so as a content creator its good for my progress. also the money I got from previous bounties covers it so I get to rack up steam points also :D

No worries mate. Thanks for the wishes! I was testing on OBS and fidling with the settings. because i use it to record as well audio on separate tracks so it took me a good 15 mins to get the mic going during the stream luckily i had a test run which i set to private so its only me :D everything is all sorted out now. I do want to try to stream at different times of the day because i want the english speaking markets e.g US and UK but US is a tad easier for me as its generally 12 hours difference. so 8-9 am is 8-9 pm and vice versa. for the UK its generally 6 hours behind so can be a bit tricky with my local sleeping time :D I'm lucky my work is flexible-ish. Until I become a full time content creator, then I will have 100% flexibility.. Muahahahahah!
