Welcome to the biggest bounty Just About has ever launched! Almost a year in the making, our Just About EVE Online community members have already won four $100 prizes in the lead up stages, but that pales in comparison to the $500 awaiting the winner of this one. No previous knowledge or participation is required to enter this bounty. This is how it works:

In the comment section below, three of our cast of colourful characters - Jackbeard, Granny Jabaddon, and Mys Tae Rae - have each set a challenge. Completing each challenge will unlock one third of a URL. When those URL pieces are combined, they will lead to a final puzzle. The answer to that final puzzle will be a screenshot of something you need to go and locate in EVE Online. The first person to submit a timestamped*, social-media verified screenshot of that something as a bounty entry will win the $500 prize. 

There is only one prize to give away to one member. However, there are no rules stopping you from working together, either on or off-platform. Each URL fragment will be revealed to you in private within one working day of you completing each challenge. It’s up to you if you want to share them. 

* Given the size of the prize, we require the screenshot to show the date it was taken.

How to submit an image:

1. Take your screenshot (make sure the date of capture is visible) and post it to your connected Twitter (X) or Instagram account.

2. In your post description, please tag us! We're @JustAbout__ on Twitter (X), and @justaboutcommunity on Instagram. We'd also love it if you included #JustAbout.

3. Hit the 'submit to this bounty' button just below this description - do not use the reply button unless you just want to comment on the thread, as replies will not be counted as entries!

4. Share a link to your post in the box that appears, then expand it so we can view it on Just About.

Once the deadline closes, we’ll pick one submission and award $500 to the winner! If nobody has completed the bounty by its deadline, we'll extend it.
