Happy new year from everyone at Just About! With the new year, comes a new type of EVE reward! To win a prize, all you need to do is tell us which EVE Online ship you think we've pixelated in the image shared in the replies section below. If this reward is a success, we'll be running lots more with differing levels of pixelation. We'll wait until the reward closes before awarding any prizes, so you can't just copy other people's correct guesses.

It's definitely a Megathron! It's very difficult to say exactly which version, but I'd guess a Kronos.

Going to play it safe and go:

It's possible there are the Faction or T2 variants of the hull, but I don't think you'd be that mean to us for the first go!

Since SKINR is a thing, colors of potential SKINS are not a hint anymore... so it should be one of these five:

Megatron
Megatron Navy Issue
Megatron Federate Issue
Kronos
Vindicator

Megathron, Gallente battleship! For sure! The resemblance is remarkable. I could even think of a few other ships, but I believe they have small differences, so I'll definitely go for the Megatron!

By Skins it can´t be the Kronos, there is no fully red skin beside the Headhunter.
Damn it same goes for MNI and the Megathron.

So my best bet here because of the white colouring on the side it is a Kronos with the Headhunter Skin.
Since you wanted to know a specific Shiptype, thats my guess based on the Information given.

I stick to the Kronos.

Undoubtedly, it's a Megathron hull, likely a Kronos, but it could also be a standard Megathron. The distinction becomes clear only when they enter siege mode or by counting the gun hardpoints (Vindicator and Federate (never seen it IRL): 8, Megathron and Navy Issue: 7, Kronos: 4).

The sun’s reddish reflection on the metal surface makes it equally challenging to identify based on the ship’s skin.

That's clearly a Megathron based battleship. Due to the colour, I'd say either a Kronos or a T1 Mega with the "Red Stargrazer" Skin applied. Of course it could also be a Vindicator or a Mega NI with a custommade skin. I do not think it is in bastion, so I cannot say if it is a Kronos or a Mega.

It is certainly the Megathron hull, possibly the Vindicator or Kronos version. Impossible to tell specifically from the image.

Funny, last night in Eve we had someone hanging outside our station in a Vindicator using a Brutix Navy as bait and being annoying. So I undocked a Megathron to get the BNI to engage me, and sure enough the Vindicator undocked to kill me. As soon as he started shooting I docked the Megathron and two of us undocked in our Kronos' and eliminated it.

It seems like a non-original skin was applied to it (looks like a Spirit), so it's impossible to say the exact name, but that's definitely a Megathron hull.

Mega is the favorite ship of CCP Swift and CCP Arcade.
I also PVPed a lot on that ship before T2 and T3 ships' introduction.

The Megathron, a Gallente battleship in EVE Online, is renowned for its damage with hybrid turrets at medium to long range. Its large signature makes it susceptible to damage, thus needing logistical support.

Hey everyone, Alex Sinclair is off this week so Ford and I are sharing his rewards. Here's the unpixelated version of the guess-the-ship image and, as many of you guessed, it was indeed a (checks Alex's handover note): Megathron!

I'm not sure if Alex had intended to rule out Kronoses and Vindicators but, given his abundant kindness, I'm assuming not and awarding any guess based on a Megathron hull. Congratulations to all correct guesses! (I expect the next guess-the-ship reward will be harder 😉)
