Just produce the lettuce in greenhouses but remember about 2 things:

-trick with auto refilling water cart so you don't have to mannualy riding around with your tractor

-enabling auto sell so you don't have to mannually load the palets which is time consuming , not time efficient and for me it feels like a nightmare! The difference in the price is too low to be worth it.

As a new player in the Farming Simulator franchise, figuring out the best ways to make money can be challenging. Here are the quickest methods I've discovered:

1️⃣ Sell Unneeded Buildings – If there are structures on your farm that you don’t need, sell them! This provides an instant cash boost to help you get started.

2️⃣ Invest in Greenhouses – Placing a large greenhouse (or more as funds allow) is a great way to generate consistent income. Once set up, they will produce crops every few in-game months, keeping money flowing.

3️⃣ Buy Solar Panels – Even if you can only afford one at first, invest in solar panels whenever possible. Over time, especially in summer, they can generate £500,000 or more!

These strategies will help you build your farm’s income quickly and efficiently. Happy farming! 🚜💰

The best money comes from layering strategies. Grapes and olives are high-maintenance but insanely profitable, especially when processed into juice or oil and sold in winter. Silage bales remain a steady moneymaker—grass is easy, and wrapped silage sells fast.

Sugar beet and potatoes shine if routed through production chains like sugar or starch, turning low-value harvests into high-profit products. Early on, contracts are great for cash flow, but once your farm grows, production chains outpace them.

For passive income, wind turbines and solar panels pay off long-term. Mix in high-profit crops, greenhouses (mushrooms are top-tier), and smart market timing. Diversify and reinvest wisely, and you’ll rake in cash efficiently!

Excellent overview - 'layering strategies' as opposed to all eggs in one basket makes a ton of sense

My plan to get a reasonable amount of money as quickly as possible is:

First, look at which meadows there are on the map, then see if they are freely available, otherwise maybe turn a field into a meadow or sow clover or alfalfa. Then mow and put it in a fermenter silo. For this I have a special mod that can process grass, clover, alfalfa, hay, straw and wood chips into silage.

There is also a mod that allows you to harvest straw from missions. This way you get a lot of material. And if the price is right, everything is sold.

One of the quickest ways to make money is to buy land sow corn and make lots of silage, which I then sell to biogas. Another way that I often use is greenhouses or animals such as sheep or cows, although it would be better to have more than 100 cows if you want to earn a lot. With sheep the best thing in my opinion is the clothes even if they need to do 2 processes, that is, first the fabrics and then you can make the clothes. With cows, I often aim for the direct sale of milk but products such as dairy products and cheeses also always make money. I also do a lot of greenhouses because they require little maintenance and make a lot of products.

For me one of the fastest ways to get money is the following:

We buy several fields, and in those fields we plant grass, we do the whole process to get 100% yield.

Once that is done, we will pack and tape it, and we will sell it in one of the most expensive points on the map.

My second way is:

With the grass from the fields we will feed sheep, which will give us wool, which we will put in the thread factory. which will give us pallets of thread. Once we have the thread we will put it in the clothing factory, in it we will generate clothing and we will sell it at its highest point at 10k. which is very profitable.

and those are my 2 ways to make money in FS25

To maximize money efficiently in Farming Simulator 25:

- Crop Choice: Focus on high-profit crops like spinach, soybeans, and rice. Spinach can be double-harvested every three months, soybeans have low maintenance, and rice, though complex, yields high profits.

- Contracts: Complete high-paying contracts like fertilizing or harvesting. Use borrowed equipment for early game to save on costs.

- Field Flipping: Buy fields ready to harvest, sell the crop, then sell the field for a profit.

- Silage Production: Mowing grass for silage is lucrative. It's repeatable, offers good profit, and can be done year-round.

- Passive Income: Invest in generators for electricity sales, or greenhouses for continuous crop production.

- Sell Unused Assets: Liquidate unnecessary vehicles, buildings, or even animals early on for quick cash.

- Loans: Use loans strategically; the interest rates are low, providing capital for expansion without immediate financial strain.

- Forestry: Convert wood into chips for better profit than selling logs directly.

I'm new to the game, but I found that soybean farming is a good way to make money. At least for me, who's just starting out, soybeans are paying off well.

Why do I say this?

1. Soybeans have one of the highest selling prices

2. Soybeans have a relatively short growing cycle (3 months)

3. They are very cheap to grow (no expensive equipment needed to plant and harvest)

4. They require no maintenance

As a new player, growing and harvesting soybeans is very profitable.

Hey USCSS, thanks for this, but for this reward we're looking for more in-depth tips. Please double-check the description and add some more detail/guidance to your answer. Thanks!

Thanks for pointing that out. I've edited my post to explain a bit more why soy is profitable for me.

There are several ways to make money, and of course, the more effort and maintenance you put in, the better the returns. I think wheat farming generates good profits, but it's important to see it as a long-term gain. It may not give immediate results, but with patience, a satisfying profit can be made. Also, a mix of crops can yield good results at alternating times. Definitely, you shouldn't focus on just one thing if you want to maximize profits.

Making money in Farming Simulator 25 is definitely the first concern of the player, especially the new ones, also because without money, nothing is done, and making money in the game is not difficult, however there is some activities that could make more money pocket than normal.

The first advice is to raise buffaloes, also because the buffalo meat is very expensive, but obviously they cannot be raised buffaloes without a decent pasture, it is a very complex activity but which brings great benefits.

The second advice is to cultivate rice. Also in this case it is a far from simple operation, also because rice requires specific conditions, however it brings great benefits. To cultivate the raiss, you will not need great equipment, in terms of costs and the gain is insured.

The third thing you can consider is deforestation, allows you to earn money by breaking down the trees and selling the wood. The great advantage is that the wood does not deteriorate over time, so you have all the time to sell it to the best bidder.

A farmer is not such if he does not sell his proceeds, or rather collected. Obviously also in this case you can sell it to the best bidder, but unlike the wood the harvest deteriorates over time.

Finally, selling products based on the request on the market. We must cultivate what allows you to earn the most.

From what little I have seen, for now I am focusing a lot on balanced cultivation. In the sense of having more land in production at any time regardless of the season (having products for one season and products for another). Surely there will be other methods to get rich, but I am focusing a lot on cultivation and understanding when it is time to sell to collect the best profit.

I'm not that experienced in the game, but once I learned how to play, I was able to understand useful ways to make money faster in the game! I think it's all about knowing where to spend without having to wait so long to get your money back. One way that I first discovered when playing the game and which I still think is one of the best is to invest in greenhouses, especially growing products with higher yields such as lettuce (usually my first choice) because they produce continuously and guarantee a steady income. To do this, you need to invest in a water cart with automatic refilling and vending functions (everything in the game is about automation), so you can dedicate yourself to other activities and have a higher income! A good thing about the game is that you can start with the first million and sell off unneeded buildings so that you have a lot of money to invest.

In addition to the greenhouses, I think that raising animals is also one of the best ways to make a profit, and my favorite is the cow. With a large herd you can make a profit on several fronts, such as selling milk, creating dairy products (cheese, for example) and selling the animals themselves. Sheep are also a great option (I don't have much experience with this one, but I've seen some friends say it's just as good) because you can also make a profit from selling wool and producing clothes.

Therefore, choose only one way of making a profit when you start the game. Spreading out your investments will bring you several low returns, which will make it difficult for you to progress. Use your money wisely and your profits will rise quickly!
