What is greater news than the near absolute victory of humanity over the Thargoids? And clearly it's the reconstruction of what we've lost, many things won't be recovered with the lives of many, but our territories and hope will return once again.

Along with the announcement of the Cobra Mk V, we'll have a colonization program in which pilots will play an important role, planning stations and saving systems close to the Bubble! We'll rebuild what we've lost, or rather we'll grow in a way we've never done before!

Thargoid Mind Control :

on the 18 of OCT 3310

Seo Jin-ae, special advisor to the Aegis initiative on the Thargoid research programme, faces a critical medical emergency, with urgent attention to her condition coming from within the Duamta system and farther afield. It has been reported that Seo, owing to her rare ability to hear the meaning behind Thargoid communications, has just suffered an unexpected medical event which in turn had caused a violent spike in her already considerable brain activity, even as she remained unconscious.

The leaked information, which came into media circles late yesterday, shed light on Seo's sudden deterioration in health. According to sources, her condition has brought on extreme neurological reactions, which medical staff at Aegis have yet to study. This leak led to an unexpected public statement by Alba Tesreau, the chief of Aegis, in trying to dampen speculation among the public to clarify the situation.

Seo had a generalized seizure tonic-clonic about sixteen hours before the leak, whose convulsions stopped after a few minutes, but she has not regained consciousness yet. The cause of this seizure, despite the efforts of the best medical professionals Aegis maintains, remained unknown at that time, in which case Aegis has asked for privacy and not to interfere too much.

Seo Jin-ae is important in works of Aegis because she can decipher the communications of the Thargoids with the help of a prototype cortical implant. This implant, fitted during the experiments of Project Seraph, gave her views that turned out to be a strategically valuable asset in the efforts undertaken by AEGIS against the Thargoid menace. While the full extent of Seo's involvement with Aegis operations remained highly classified, only adding to an already urgent situation for both the organisation itself and the galaxy at large.

Some Say that the Thargoids are behind this, that they are trying to control us all, after humanity has managed to push the alien forces from many star systems.
" What we can't achieve by force we can achieve it by diplomacy ", few are calling the authorities to let the bugs control so we can communicate with them and understand them more

Herman Colt missing: an ambicious explorer or an attention begger?

29 Oct 3310

Heman Colt, a famous treasure hunter, is suposedly missing after going to an expediction. Natasha Moore, his colleague, reported his missing after he stopped answering to the radio. This statement might be an overreaction, as Colt is an experienced explorer and was following leads to Captain Morrigan's treasure (she was a pirate believed dead in 3265), Colt's most sought prize. We'll have to wait to news to know for sure if his missing is real or just one more of his attention begging, as it would not be the first time.

Update: 31 Oct 3310

We come to apologize for our article. Commanders found out about Colt's horrible death when they came after him on Frenis system. Our sources reported that system HIP 7233 was his burial system, where he succumbed to madness and tried to attack some kind of Morrigan's ghost, wrecking his ship unhelpfully. We mourn for our loss, Colt was a great explorer, and his need for attention was nothing but what he deserved as such.

Galaxy's human powers come to an agreement

31 Oct 3310

No, it’s not the end of the power struggle that has defined our species since its origins. What we’re seeing, in fact, is an evolution in the way these conflicts play out. Now, less powerful commanders can play a fundamental role for these powers and for humanity as a whole: expanding human influence and presence across the galaxy.

With new plans and the financial capacity to support them, the powers will now encourage the colonization of systems and the construction of new stations, involving commanders who pledge their loyalty. We still need more time to form solid opinions on this new approach by the powers, but for now, we can expect an increase in conflicts between them, as well as a broadening of human expansion to new horizons - especially with the apparent culmination of the war against those %$#@! insects.

Mandalay: the human race doom

31 Oct 3310

Zorgon Peterson's new mid-size exploration ship release has finally come. The Mandalay promises to be a new generation of vessels, optimized for exobiology, as maneuverable as Lakon’s Diamondback Explorer, and with a greater jump range than a fully outfitted Anaconda. These promises have excited many naive commanders even before the launch.

But a question urges: who benefits from us exploring even further? Don’t we have enough already? We haven’t even connected Colonia and The Bubble yet. We need to focus much more on that than on anything else. The powers were right to propose their changes.

Zorgon’s release only raises doubts about their intentions. Is this another move by the Club, distracting us from our true goals? Or could it be something orchestrated by the insectoida Seo Jin-ae, now a major ally of the Thargoids in this war? One thing is clear: they’re desperate for us to forget their horrors so they can strike us again where it hurts most. Do you really believe that the Shinrarta Dezhra event was only the work of the Thargoids? That no human was behind it?

Don’t be naive. BOYCOTT the Mandalay before we’re all doomed to the ‘goids knowing exactly where our most skilled explorers are. And they all recommend the Krait Phantom, the most versatile ship out there, flying like ghosts under enemy radar and reaching systems that no other ship can. Don't get fooled, stick with the classic. Stick with Krait.

The lone bug by the lamp

25 oct 3310

With Raijin’s end, as everyone should know by now, we have only one more challenge. Cocijo awaits you, commanders, with open arms in the Col 285 Sector BA-P c6-18 system. Don’t bring the kids. But make them watch history unfold as these bugs are wiped from the galaxy, one by one.

Let us all have long lives and short deaths, and remember: hit them where it hurts the most. o7

Don't take it serious, CMDRs. Tried to make something a lil different... I'm sure there's some conspiracionists out there who would blind-follow this to their deaths.

Seo Jin-ae's grave warning about the Thargoids

The war against the Thargoids has had a lot of repercussions for humans, but what stands out is the episode with Aegis' special advisor, Seo Jin-ae. After suffering a severe seizure and falling into a coma, she awoke with a revelation: an agonizing sound, felt before she fainted, and sensed the Thargoids invading her memory (She was known to have a mental connection to the Thargoids through an implant). Her awakening was viewed with fear by people, especially the CEO of Azimuth Biotech, Torben Rademaker, demanding that Aegis take extreme measures to “disconnect” her. Nevertheless, researcher Ivano Colombera suggested that the implant could still generate control of Seo Jin through the Thargoids, leaving doubt and an extreme climate of tension over safety.

The Battle against the Thargoid Titan Raijin and the Last Stand

While Seo was having his problems, the battle against the Thargoids didn't stop, one of the Thargoids' main strongholds was destroyed in the Pegasi Galaxy, the Titan Raijin, thanks to the help of independent pilots who used advanced equipment such as the Thargoid Pulse Neutralizer and the Guardian Nanite Torpedo Pylon. Aegis has intensified the call for commanders to try to unite and put an end to the threats once and for all (since only the Titan Cocijo remains), its commander Aden Tanner made a point of congratulating the pilots, but leaving in the picture vigilance and protection for possible counter-attacks, vigilance that was also motivated by Seo Jinae's forebodings.

The conflicts have allowed technology to advance even further, as we see in the Aegis scientists who are exploring the remains of the Thargoid Titans. Researchers, such as Professor Shamus Madigan, believe that the thermodynamic efficiency of the Titans can further evolve a number of areas, such as manufacturing, production costs and war technology.

Mandalay and good news

The Mandalay is leaving today for its first test flights open to the general public. And along with these launches we have new information about a new ship on the way, two in fact, a medium combat and multi-function ship, the successor to the famous Cobra Mk III and MkIV, now we have the famous Cobra Mk V, and let's wait and see if it will exceed expectations. In addition to this ship we have a Carrier ship on the way focused on colonization arriving along with the new colonization program that will be guided by the independent pilots themselves!

First of all: WHAT A BEAUTIFUL SHIP MK V IS, JESUS! I'm going to try to get it as soon as possible, what a design hit, it has everything to be an incredible ship, congratulations team. Now back to the events of the month:

Zorgon Peterson's reveal of the Mandalay, its first new ship in six years, marks a significant expansion into the exploration market. For me, this move indicates a shift towards more player-friendly designs and will expand the options available to players. The introduction of Mandalayenriches the competitive scene and shows that Zorgon Peterson is listening carefully to the wishes of the community, which is great!

The Assault on Raijin is a critical Pilots' Federation mission targeting the seventh Thargoid Titan. The Federation has issued an urgent call for independent pilots to help bring down the enemy. This mission shows that the fight against the Thargoids is only increasing, but in a way that we will be victorious! The special weapons used in the attack show the level of the threat. It was undoubtedly essential to show how we have succeeded and will succeed in this war!

Seo Jin-ae’s recent statement after waking from a coma has sent shockwaves through the community. Seo claimed that her collapse was not accidental but a result of a Thargoid attempt to extract information from her mind. This episode is really scary, honestly hahaha! How far do the Thargoids go? What are their real intentions? Psychological warfare would be fatal! We need to be very careful about what we do from now on, we need to be one step ahead of them!

Jameson Memorial Starport Operational

After the terrible surprise of the attack in Shinrarta Dezhra by Thargoids forces the Jamerson Memorial is back and working normally

Is the end of the war near?

Raji Titan was finally destroyed and remains only one, and the great question will be answered. This will mean the end of the Second Thargoid War and another victory for humanity?

It looks like that the answer is yes but after the destruction of the Titan Thor the Thargoids released a massive and direct attack on Shrizta Itza. What could prevent them from doing similar attacks to other important systems? And are those systems prepared to defend themselves? We already lost so many good pilots against the Thargoids but we pray for the good of the pilots and humanity!

Zorgon Peterson's new ship on the door!

After a short delay the so awaited ship will be available for test flight for some pilots!

It has already been revealed that it will have a jump range equiparable to the Anaconda and the question remains, will it replace the anaconda as an exploration ship for long distances?

Powerplay

Finally Winter is assuming and taking the leadership from the Federation government and things are already changing its tides. The dispute between power got stronger, there is some report about carriers pledged to a specific power that will fire at will on anyone that approaches that is pledged to another power!

Looks like there is new ships on the way

Cobra Mk V has been announced, and with a small difference , to tell the truth a medium difference. Now the new cobra will be a medium ship, different from its predecessor.

Besides these new ships some information was leaked that new carriers are being produced to focus on colonization, yes the plans of expanding the bubble are on the way. Probably because of the loss during the Second Thargoid War

A late entry from Galnet in October revealed a missing-persons case, one of a Mr. Herman Colt, a supposedly famous treasure hunter most known for his supernatural obsession with all things Captain Morrigan. The Captain was a pirate of sorts with a long history of exciting but troubled interactions with the rest of the galaxy.

The Galnet article tells the story of what sounded like a harmless enough start to a treasure hunt, but clues left in-game suggest a deeper series of events.

Highly recommend participating in the event to get into the spooky mood. The Galnet piece will give clues where to get started. Additionally, there are some rewards for those that follow the story all the way through to the end.

Commander MQC’s Log Date: October 29, 3310

After arduous efforts, humanity managed to wipe out the Thargoid presence on Shinrarta Dezhra, not without countless losses and sacrifices of hundreds of pilots whose names will not appear in the history books. But after this victorious battle, without respite came an even more complex one; the fight against Raijin, the seventh Titan.

We are becoming more and more accustomed to victories over the Titans, but that doesn't mean they are easy to achieve. Defeating Raijin has not been an easy task, I hope everyone is able to understand the irreparable cost humanity is suffering to defend itself against its aggressor.

It has now been two years of intense fighting since we became aware of the existence of that Stargoid travelling in the direction of our bubble. All our efforts are now focused on Cocijo, but we must be more cautious than ever. We are reaching a point where we feel that victory is closer, but without abandoning the fear that comes from the uncertainty of not knowing the last trick up our opponent's sleeve before succumbing.

At home, because the problems do not cease despite the Thargoid shadow, we have also achieved a little justice, and after peacefully bringing 'New Chamo Free’ to higher positions in the loyal hearts of the system's inhabitants, its growing reputation will inevitably lead us to warlike conflicts against the other minor factions that still dominate the system.

If only everything could be settled diplomatically, but sadly this will not be the case... when the time comes, we will have to take up arms again to return the system to the only free and independent faction, so that its citizens are accountable to no one, as they always have been and always should be.

Greetings, this is Commander Odinoji reporting for Vox Galactica:

Ever since the beginning of this new war against the Thargoids, I have been involved in fighting them as an independent commander when and if needed.

I still remember when being interdicted was considered a legend, a rumor. Yet here we are now, fighting in our own backyard with eight colossal titans and being attacked in our renowned Shinrarta Dezhra—Shindez, colloquially. I can bet my elite badge that each one of us has lost someone due to the Thargoids. Life for us will never be the same until humanity succeeds.

With seven Thargoid titans down as of today, I am glad that we have gained the upper hand. I will never be thankful enough to the engineers, such as Ram Tah, who worked on alien technology, or independent groups like the Anti-Xeno Initiative for going to such lengths to give us the tools we need to succeed.

Unfortunately, some have decided to stand on the wrong side of history, allying themselves with the genocidal insectoid race. They hide like rats in their state-of-the-art combat ships—not to defend the children being killed by the bugs, but rather to become the Judas of this war, slaughtering any type of ship and relishing the destruction of defenseless rescue or passenger vessels.

They have taken refuge in the Jameson Memorial, obliterating anyone who docks for repairs. As if Medusas and Cyclops weren’t enough, now commanders must contend with this issue too.

I have entered one such group undercover to discover more. We do not yet know their motives, their leadership, or what sort of contact or directives they may have with the Thargoids.

If I were to speculate, given that mainstream media such as GALNET have not even mentioned this, I am inclined to assume the club is involved. What is their plan? Stay tuned for more.

In the meantime make sure you scan human ships in xeno space for weapons such as frag cannons and plasma accelerator and make sure you give yourself space and time to high wake out.

Penultimate titan offensive began!

Thargoid Titan Raijin has just lost all his controlled systems! All Anti-Xeno pilots are facing towards his system, Pegasi Sector IH-U B3-3. It's time to destroy the 7th alien mothership and quickly move to the last big target in this war, Titan Cocijo.

The day of victory is very close, I can feel it. It's time to push back Thargoids from our systems once and for all! Take a seat in your or your friends anti-xeno ship and help the humanity destroy another of this colossal ship!

Live relation from the Raijin invaded system:

Approaching Titan location:

Thargoids don't like me very much...

First lasers are already visible:

Here goes the heart:

The situation is pretty intense, there's a lot of other Commanders here. I need to repair my ship with limpets a bit and then come back on the battlefield. Let's destroy this thing!

“Shifting Galactic Tides” in Elite Dangerous, the ongoing, dynamic changes within the galaxy, influenced by player actions, events, and the underlying lore of the game. Elite Dangerous is known for its vast, open-world space environment where players can explore, trade, engage in combat, and participate in a living universe that reacts to their choices.

Key Aspects of Shifting Galactic Tides:

1. Player Influence: The game’s galaxy is shaped significantly by player actions. Players can choose to support factions, engage in combat, or participate in trade, affecting the power dynamics between various factions and systems. This influence creates a sense of agency where players feel their contributions matter in the broader galactic narrative.

2. Community Goals and Events: Elite Dangerous frequently hosts community goals and in-game events that encourage players to work together toward common objectives. These events can lead to significant shifts in power and control over systems, akin to “tides” changing as new alliances form or rivalries intensify.

3. Galactic Politics: The game features a complex political system where different factions vie for control over systems. These factions have their own agendas, and as players engage with them, the balance of power can shift dramatically. For example, a faction may gain control of a system due to increased support from players, leading to changes in trade routes and available missions.

4. Exploration and Discovery: The galaxy is constantly being explored, and new discoveries can lead to shifts in power and knowledge. Players uncovering new planets, resources, or anomalies can impact the economy and political landscape, drawing the interest of factions and players alike.

5. Lore and Storytelling: The narrative elements in Elite Dangerous provide context for the shifting tides. Major updates often introduce new lore, such as the Thargoid threat or the political machinations of the superpowers, further enriching the game’s environment and prompting players to react accordingly.

6. Dynamic Economy: The in-game economy is fluid, with prices for commodities fluctuating based on supply and demand influenced by player trading. Events like wars, mining initiatives, or resource shortages can lead to significant economic shifts, reflecting the concept of “tides.”

Conclusion

“Shifting Galactic Tides” encapsulates the essence of Elite Dangerous as a living, breathing universe where every player’s actions contribute to an evolving narrative. The interplay of player influence, political dynamics, community engagement, and economic fluctuations creates a rich tapestry that reflects the ever-changing nature of the galaxy, making every journey through space feel impactful and significant.
